Aishwarya Rai learns Karate for ‘Endhiran’

Actress Aishwarya Rai has been hitting the headlines recently with her mania prevailing more herein Kollywood.
She has been simultaneously shooting for Mani Rathnam’s bilingual film ‘Raavana’ as well Rajnikanth starrer ‘Endhiran’.

Recently, she had mastered the language of Tamil that she can now utter the dialogues with an ease. Precisely now, she has done yet another achievement of learning Karate. One of the renowned masters in Karate will be training her in the martial arts.
According to the sources, there is particular scene in this film where Aishwarya Rai has to fight and that’s reason for this attempt. Earlier, she had mastered fencing for a stunt sequence in Jodha Akbar.

Director Sasi Kumar had made high waves of resurgence in Tamil Cinema within a year on continuous hat tricks from his team including ‘Subramaniapuram, ‘Pasanga’ and ‘Nadodigal’.
Well, ‘Nadodigal’ has turned to the biggest profit grosser over this period.

Released in around 140 Centres, the film has fetched the collections of Rs. 4Crores. The greatest part is that the film’s satellite rights has been sold out to Zee Tamil Channel for the record price of 1.30Crores.

The shows have been gradually in all theatres during second week and now Actor Vikram has come forward for producing Sasi Kumar’s next film. Although the project is in pipeline, buzzes have been stating both of them have meeting very often for script discussions and the film has new faces in lead role. Vikram is reported for not playing any onscreen part for this untitled project.

Director Siddique confirms ‘Bodyguard’ remake with Vijay

Earlier, there were news about Siddique directing Vijay for his Malayalam’s remake of ‘Bodyguard’ to Tamil with Vijay.

But all of sudden, there were no calls on air about it. Now Director Siddique himself comes forward about reasons for the project not taking off. He says, ‘We were supposed to complete shooting before couple of months and due to unavoidable consequences couldn’t get it done.

Almost 90% of the filming is over and merely three songs and few talkie portions at Railway Station are pending. We aren’t able to get the permission for shooting at Railway station due to monsoon issues and thusly the shooting has been postponed to the month of August.

Earlier Nayanthara had rescheduled her dates for couple of times and now I had apologized her for it and she has cordially signed the scheduling in August. Now Vijay has turned to be more busy other projects nad whenever he wishes to start-off, I am ready to sign the deal…’

Goa team’s new destination is Langwaki

The monsoon has really spoiled the filming at ‘Goa’ for Venkat Prabhu and his team. The young filmmaker had started filming and completed more schedules within short period of time.

And now, they’re on the heels of last schedules and wanted to complete it by coming month. But all of sudden, as the climatic conditions turned to be more adverse, they’ve changed their destination to Langwaki, terra firma of around 100 islands in Malaysia.

Many filmmakers in tinsel town have gone to those locations for filming. Patently, the spots over there have the similar locales of Goa. Yuvan Shankar Raja is set to perform one song on the screens over the sun kissing beaches of Langwaki. It’s noteworthy that earlier he had appeared for the title song of ‘Saroja’
